Judi and Martin McLaughlin joined Express Bookkeeping in October 1994 and operate the Traralgon and Morwell Express Bookkeeping franchise.

Experience:-

Martin has had more than 25 years experience in a variety of management accounting roles including Chief Finance Officer of several large organizations. Judi had a career in banking and finance prior to joining Express Bookkeeping and has acquired extensive bookkeeping and payroll skills since that time.

Qualifications-

Martin has held CPA status with the Australian Society of Accountants since the inception of that program more than 20 years ago. He currently holds equivalent status with the National Institute of Accountants.

Services Offered:-

Payrolls from 1 employee through to 60+ are prepared weekly and fortnightly with complexity ranging from “standard” fortnightly pays to complex weekly casuals with a multitude of different rates and allowances. Annual ATO Payment Summaries, Superannuation, Payroll Tax and Annual Workcover calculations are also taken care of.

Profit & Loss Reports – data input for preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS statements. Quarterly or annual reports needed for tax return preparation are also supplied to tax accountant.

Debtors and Creditors including remittance advices and cheque preparation if required.

Payroll, General Ledger, Debtors and Creditors are usually prepared at Express Bookkeeping on the EB software. If required, MYOB or Quick Books can be used in client’s office if preferable.

Contract Accounting services are also available to cover temporary absences or periods of overload.
