Frances Hartley joined Express Bookkeeping in December 1990 and operates the Fremantle Express Bookkeeping franchise.

 

Experience:-

20 years experience in a variety of accounting rolls including 5 years working as a temporary & contract Bookkeeper/Accountant before purchasing this business - together with nearly 15 years as owner/operator of this Express Bookkeeping franchise - allows Frances to offer an extensive range of skills to small businesses

 

Qualifications-

Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting)

 

Services Offered:-

Payrolls from 3 or 4 through to 90+ are prepared weekly and fortnightly from simple payments to casuals with one hourly rate through to complex awards, such as the construction industry, where there can be up to 10 or 12 allowances paid on top of a variety of rates, each under different rules. 

General Ledgers – data input for monthly and quarterly BAS statements. 

Debtors and Creditors also cheque preparation and cash flow management

Payroll, General Ledger, Debtors and Creditors are usually prepared at Express Bookkeeping on the EB software  also, if required, MYOB or Quick Books can be used

It is sometimes possible for work to be completed in a client’s offices
